* 업무 내용

- Technical support to diagnose and troubleshoot onsite or remotely

- Coordinate field service action build up distributor competency in serving product efficiently

- Ensure product recalls and service protocols are executed

- Maintain customer relationships

* 자격 요건

- 의공학 또는 엔지니어링 관련학과 학사 이상

- Product Service & Technical Support including troubleshooting and diagnosing technical hardware (Surgery product experience is preferred)

- Knowledge with networks, healthcare IT, EMR and DICOM will be an added advantage

- 중급 이상 영어 가능자 우대
